These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website or Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Ownership Rights: Clients retain ownership of the final designs created by Motifleader upon full payment.
2. Modification and Adjustments: Any modifications, revisions, or adjustments to the designs must be carried out exclusively by Motifleader. Third-party design agencies or external designers are not permitted to alter, modify, or revise the designs.
3. Third-Party Restrictions: While clients have ownership rights, they agree that any edits, updates, or modifications must be requested from Motifleader. Unauthorized modifications by third parties may result in the voiding of any warranties, guarantees, or support associated with the design.
4. Enforcement: Motifleader reserves the right to refuse service or take legal action if a client or a third party modifies the design in violation of this policy.

Upon project confirmation and signing of the contract/agreement, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where Motifleader fails to deliver on agreed-upon initial milestones within the specified timeframe.

Before Project Start: If you cancel the project before any design work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a 15% administration fee to cover initial setup and communication costs.

During Project Development: If you cancel the project after design work has begun, you will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be calculated based on the agreed-upon hourly rate or project milestones achieved. Any remaining balance after deducting the cost of completed work, if applicable, will be refunded. The initial deposit may be partially or fully used to cover these costs.

After Project Completion: Due to the nature of design services, refunds are generally not offered after the final deliverables have been approved and delivered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to address them. This may involve revisions or adjustments, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

Motifleader reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

1. Client breach of contract/agreement.
2. Client failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner.
3. Client’s abusive or unprofessional behavior.

In the event of cancellation by Motifleader, any payments made by the client will be refunded in full.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method.
