Project Initiation & Payments
Upon project confirmation and signing of the contract/agreement, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where Motifleader fails to deliver on agreed-upon initial milestones within the specified timeframe.
Cancellation by Client
Before Project Start: If you cancel the project before any design work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a 15% administration fee to cover initial setup and communication costs.
During Project Development: If you cancel the project after design work has begun, you will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be calculated based on the agreed-upon hourly rate or project milestones achieved. Any remaining balance after deducting the cost of completed work, if applicable, will be refunded. The initial deposit may be partially or fully used to cover these costs.
After Project Completion: Due to the nature of design services, refunds are generally not offered after the final deliverables have been approved and delivered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to address them. This may involve revisions or adjustments, but a full refund is not guaranteed.
Cancellation by Motifleader
Motifleader reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Client breach of contract/agreement.
- Client failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner.
- Client’s abusive or unprofessional behavior.
In the event of cancellation by Motifleader, any payments made by the client will be refunded in full.
